Creating Worklog

Making progress visible.

01 / OVERVIEW

The idea behind it.

A personal worklog I built to track completed work, plan what comes next, and understand where my time goes. Quick Log timers, reusable templates, and weekly views turn daily entries into a clear record of progress.

02 / THE APPROACH

From a plan to a record of progress.

  1. Plan

Organize upcoming work and use reusable templates to give recurring tasks a starting point.

  2. Quick Log

Start, pause, and save work sessions as they happen, keeping completed work connected to the time spent on it.

  3. Review

Use weekly views to look back at logged hours and see how individual entries add up to progress.

04 / REFLECTION

What I’m taking forward.

The idea behind Worklog is simple: make progress easier to see. Bringing plans, completed work, and time into one place gives me a clearer record to look back on and a better starting point for what comes next.
